Questions businesses ask.
Who can book Kreww?
Registered UAE businesses only. We check your trade licence and authorised signatory before the first booking. Kreww does not take bookings from individuals or households.
How fast can you staff a request?
Most requests are confirmed within four hours. Same-day requests are possible for most trades and carry a 15% surcharge.
Are the workers your employees?
No. Kreww is a marketplace. Workers are independent tradespeople who hold their own valid UAE work permits through their own sponsors. Kreww verifies them and handles attendance and pay.
Who supervises the work?
You do. Your site supervisor directs the work and confirms attendance in the Kreww supervisor app. Kreww handles everything about the worker: verification, replacements, pay.
What if someone does not show up?
You report it in one tap. Kreww sends a replacement, and you are never billed for hours not worked.
How do we pay?
By bank transfer against one VAT invoice per work order, within your agreed credit term (30 days as standard). Longer jobs are invoiced at each month end.
