Questions workers ask.
Do I pay anything to join?
No. Kreww never charges workers a fee. Your uniform and ID card are free.
When do I get paid?
Every day. Hours approved by the client go into that day’s payout. If a client disputes hours, Kreww reviews it with you and pays what is agreed.
Can I choose my jobs?
Yes. You see the site, dates and pay before you accept. Set your availability in the app so you only get offers you can take.
What happens if my permit expires?
Your badge pauses and you will not receive offers until you upload the renewed permit. We remind you 60, 30 and 7 days before.
Can I be removed from Kreww?
Yes, if you are unfit for work, break Kreww policies or a client’s site rules. You will be told the reason and paid for all hours already worked.
